Conditions of Usage
Please read the following terms and conditions carefully before using this Web site, its related software and documentation ('Licensed Software and Documentation'). Use of the Saab, Inc. Web site, Licensed Software and Documentation is limited to employees and affiliated parties of an organization ('Customer') who has executed a license agreement ('Agreement') with Saab, Inc. If you are not a Customer of Saab, Inc. or do not agree to any term or condition contained herein or within the Agreement, you are not authorized to access or otherwise use the Saab, Inc. Web site, Licensed Software and Documentation.

1. Customer agrees to use the Licensed Software or Documentation solely in support of its internal business operations, and hereby agrees that it will not transfer or disseminate any data or reports output from and/or derived from the Licensed Software or Documentation to any party external to the Customer without the express written consent of, and payment of additional fees to, Saab, Inc.

2. Customer agrees not to cause or permit the: (i) use, copying, modification, rental, lease, sublease, sublicense, or transfer of the Licensed Software or Documentation, except as expressly provided in the Agreement; (ii) creation of any derivative works based on the Licensed Software or Documentation; (iii) reverse engineering, disassembly, or decompiling of the Licensed Software; (iv) use of the Licensed Software or Documentation in connection with another party whereby Customer, without purchasing a license from Saab, Inc., operates or uses the Licensed Software or Documentation for the benefit of a third party who has not purchased a copy of the Licensed Software; (v) use of the Licensed Software or Documentation by any party other than Customer, without the prior written consent of Saab, Inc.

3. The contents of the Saab, Inc. Web site and the Licensed Software and Documentation are proprietary to Saab, Inc., its subsidiaries and affiliates and certain of its suppliers. The Saab, Inc. Web site, Licensed Software and Documentation are also protected by the United States Copyright Law and International Treaty provisions.

4. Saab, Inc. and/or its licensors retains all right, title and interest in the Licensed Software and Documentation, as well as in all copies, improvements, enhancements, modifications and derivative works thereof, including, without limitation, all patent, copyright, trade secret and trademark rights.

5. Saab, Inc., the Saab, Inc. logo, and all product names and logos appearing on the Saab, Inc. Web site are among the trademarks and/or service marks owned by Saab, Inc., or its subsidiaries or affiliates. No right, title or interest in or to the trademark(s), service mark(s), logo(s) or tradename(s) of Saab, Inc. or its licensors is granted under the Agreement or by virtue of Customer's use of the Saab, Inc. Web site.

6. Saab, Inc. does not provide any warranty with respect to any of the content contained on the Saab, Inc. Web site, and Customer agrees to assume all risk related to or resulting from its use of the Saab, Inc. Web site. Consequently, Customer agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Saab, Inc., and its officers, directors, employees, agents and licensors, for any liability that may result from Customer's use of the Saab, Inc. Web site.

7. The Saab, Inc. Web site may include Material owned by third parties, as well as links to websites owned by third parties (singularly and collectively 'Third Party Material'). Access to and use of any Third Party Material is at the Customer's own risk and Saab, Inc. is not responsible for the accuracy or reliability of any information, data, opinions, advice or statements made in such Third Party Material.

8. Saab, Inc.'s inclusion of Third Party Material on the Site shall not be construed as Saab, Inc. endorsement of any third party or the Third Party Material, and no rights or licenses are granted to Customer in the Third Party Material. Customer agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Saab, Inc., and its officers, directors, employees, agents and licensors, for any liability that may result from Customer's use of the Third Party Material.

Privacy Policy
Saab, Inc. is sensitive to privacy issues and is committed to protecting Customer's privacy when utilizing the Saab, Inc. Web site, Licensed Software and Documentation. Saab, Inc. takes reasonable precautions to keep all information obtained from our Customers secure against unauthorized access and use and we periodically review our security measures.

1. To respond to Customer requests or to enable Customers to use the Saab, Inc. Web site, Licensed Software and Documentation, we may request such personally identifiable information as Customer's name, business address, email address and/or telephone number. The personally identifiable information will not be given out to third parties not affiliated with Saab, Inc.

2. The Licensed Software and Documentation utilizes internet protocol addresses, cookies and related techniques for logging user activities, actions and behaviors. Additionally, we may use IP addresses to identify a particular user if we believe it needed to enforce compliance with these terms or to protect Saab, Inc. or its customers.

3. Saab, Inc. and its affiliates may use any personally identifiable information you provide, unless otherwise indicated, and we will not provide your personally identifiable information to any other entity unless authorized by you. Anonymous data collected may be analyzed in the aggregate to determine collective user characteristics, to understand user traffic patterns, sales information and user behavior. In view of the foregoing, Saab, Inc. cannot warrant that Customer's personally identifiable information will not be disclosed to or accessed by parties other than those authorized under these terms and conditions. User agrees that Saab, Inc. will not be liable for such disclosures of Customer's personally identifiable information.

Feedback
Saab, Inc. accepts Customers' submission of product 'Feedback', defined to include but not limited to ideas, suggestions, or proposals; however it should be noted, Customer feedback is submitted to Saab, Inc. without obligation. Any Feedback submitted to Saab, Inc. may be used for any purpose without compensation to the Customer.
